Q. Do I have to bring my own bedding and towels
A. No you certainly don’t, all linen and towels are provided as is everything else you could possible want for a perfect holiday right down to a hair dryer. My properties are complete homes very nicely furnished spotlessly clean and superbly situated with great sea views
Q.Can I book any day as I see flights are much cheaper midweek?
A. You certainly can and stay for as many or as few days as you wish though there is a minimum period on Villa 88 due to cleaning costs
Q. What time can we get into the properties, I ask as we arrive very early in the morning but depart by a late flight
A. That is no problem at all, if the property you are going into is still occupied or still being cleaned you leave your luggage and go off and sit in a nice sunny restaurant for breakfast or whatever. Leaving late? all we ask is you get packed up at a reasonable time and again leaving your luggage go off and enjoy the last of our glorious sunshine
Q. How do I pay?????????
A. Payment is 10% with the booking with the remainder no more than 6 weeks prior to the holiday. Payment is easy, all you have to do is go to your bank or any branch of Nat West and make the payment with the details I will provide you with. I also take PayPal but sorry I have to charge 4% to help cover the scandalous fees that PayPal charge
Q. How do I find the property?
A. The easiest is to avail yourselves to our airport transfer service, you can then have a drink on the plane be met at Malaga by our Friendly driver who will take you safely to the property with a stop at the supermarket, if you wish. The cost 40 Euros (approx £25) each way and you pay him direct. Pick-up instructions will be sent my e-mail. If you want car hire it can be arranged locally with the car being delivered to the property. If you want car hire at the airport this can also be arranged, I will send you a map with full instructions of how to find the property. I might add that the best holidays are the ones where you don’t have to drive which is the case with all my properties
Q.Do winter lets include the Xmas New Year period?
A.Yes, which make the winter rentals an even better bargain
Q. If I rent a two bedroom property for a couple of months in the winter can my daughter and her husband come and stay with us for a week
A. Yes of course they can and there is no charge. On the other hand if you want your own space we will quote you a good price for another property nearby
Q. Can I book for just one night?
A. Yes of course you can but you do have to pay for the minimum two nights and a £35 supplement to cover our cleaning and laundry costs
