The Garden House Is a one bedroom house annexed of Villa 88 with its own private entrance & garden with lounge/kitchen double bedroom with en suite plus a 2nd full bathroom and very private roof terrace with superb views. Very secure very popular and very very nice I dare you to find a nice one bedroom property!!!!

The Garden House is perfect for couples but for a supplement of £25 can cater for four persons as there is a very comfortable bed-settee and both an en suite shower room and a full downstairs bathroom

	All the properties are Owned and Managed by Mike your friend in Sunny Spain. They are all situated in the same tree lined street at Torrenueva just across the road from the Beach. Torrenueva is just about the nicest small development, with the nicest beach, on the coast and is not some terrible building site like many parts of Calahonda, La Cala and Riviera del Sol
