All my two bedroom properties are available from November 1st through to the end of March for just £595 per month for the full period. The monthly price for October April and May is £650
This includes everything with no extras whatsoever so includes electric and in most properties Broadband Internet
Villa 88 with three bedrooms and it’s own private pool and garden is £1000 per month for the whole winter period or £1,100 per month for shorter stays
The five bedroom three bathroom Penthouse is available at £1000 per month
The one bedroom Garden House is just £495 per month with October April and May the £550
Villa 88, the Garden House and Penthouse all have Broadband Internet
For those driving down to here there is good safe car parking and if you want to bring your dog I have the ground floor properties of Torre Oceano, Vistamar and The Granny Flat available
Medical care here at Mijas Costa is very efficient and FREE with your European Medical Card (what used to be called E111). To get the card just pop into your local Post Office for an application form
So what is the excuse, close the house up leave the heating on low and come and enjoy our wonderful winter sunshine..............
