	We, Mike & son Tomas Rixom own and maintain all the properties which are all situated in the same tree lined street on Torrenueva, all are South-facing with fabulous sea views and easy access to the beach and Boardwalk and a short walk from La Cala de Mijas just the nicest village on the Costa del Sol We are 33Km (25miles) from Malaga Airport 10km from Fuengirola 16km (10miles) from Marbella and 80km (52miles) from duty free Gibraltar and a world away from cold damp Northern Europe Bed Linen & Towels provided in all our properties and that includes Beach Towels and there are Hairdryers too All have full kitchens with washing machines plus iron & board and everything you could possibly need for a perfect long or short stay plus Broadband Internet Web TV and of course Spanish TV

All prices quoted in EUROS with all major currencies accepted There is no minimum stay but an extra charge is made for very short stays to cover the cost of cleaning and laundry. You can arrive and depart any day and stay for as many or few days as you wish So get looking for those bargain flights right now You can arrive and depart any time too so no sitting about all day on your suitcases, obviously there has to be a bit of give and take when we need to get in to clean for the next guests but come what may we always put guests first not ourselves
